Aerom participated in the Granpal Summit this Thursday, December 12, at Instituto Caldeira in Porto Alegre.
The event is organized by GRANPAL, the Association of Municipalities of the Metropolitan Region of Porto Alegre, which has brought together cities since 1985 to promote regional development and collaborative governance.
Recognized as a leading forum for public management, innovation, and urban development in Greater Porto Alegre, the Granpal Summit gathers mayors, public officials, experts, and business leaders to discuss solutions for the future of cities.
Aerom CEO Marcus Coester joined the panel “From Violent City to Creative Capital: The Social Pact That Transformed Medellín and the Urban Reinvention Through Mobility.”
The discussion also featured political scientist Jean Tromme from Medellín, as well as panelists César Paz, entrepreneur, and Gustavo Finck, mayor of Novo Hamburgo.
The conversation highlighted how smart mobility can support more human-centered, inclusive, and innovative cities.
