On Monday, October 15, Marcus Coester, CEO of Aerom, took part in CPTM’s Innovation and Technology Week 2024, presenting the Aeromovel technology and its implementation at Guarulhos Airport. Coester explained how the system will efficiently connect the airport’s terminals to the CPTM station on Line 13-Jade, offering a seamless and sustainable transportation solution for passengers.
The Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos (CPTM), which operates five metropolitan rail lines across the São Paulo area, is hosting the event from October 14 to 18 to foster innovative solutions for rail transport.
Throughout the week, industry experts are addressing topics such as unlocking creative potential, artificial intelligence in public administration, assertive communication, design thinking, and mobility innovation. The event also features the Innovation Showcase, promoting collaboration and idea exchange among participants.
CPTM emphasizes that innovation is key to transforming public transportation, and this event aims to spark solutions that will enhance urban mobility and improve the future of rail systems in the region.
The roundtable featured the participation of Ana Patrizia from ANPTrilhos, Rogerio Prado from PAX, and Marcus Coester from Aerom, with moderation by Luiz Argenton, Director of Operations and Maintenance at CPTM.
