Coester Group Launches “Futuro em Ação” Internship Program
This January, the Coester Group welcomed 10 interns from various fields as part of its newly launched “Futuro em Ação” Internship Program. The initiative underscores the company’s commitment to developing young talent and preparing professionals to face real-world challenges.
The onboarding process is designed to fully immerse interns in the company’s culture, operations, and values. Key highlights of the program include:
- Welcome and Orientation: Sessions with HR featuring an institutional presentation, dynamic introductions, a speech from company leadership, and a guided tour of administrative offices and production facilities to meet team leaders and colleagues.
- Essential Training: Focused sessions on the Code of Conduct, prevention of workplace harassment, and compliance with safety regulations (NR 01 and NR 06).
- Business Overview: Insights into Coester Group’s operations, including its portfolio of products, services, and projects across Coester Automation and Aerom, with an emphasis on technology, innovation, and sustainability.
- Quality Integration: Training on the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, quality policies, document control, and quality tools.
- IT Integration: Guidance on information security, access protocols, and the company’s tech tools.
- Mentorship and Planning: Each intern is paired with a mentor, receives a structured internship plan, and is introduced to processes and job descriptions specific to their area.
Interns will also participate in hands-on product training, LEAN Manufacturing workshops, and a special challenge: developing a process improvement project within their department during their first six months.
The “Futuro em Ação” Internship Program is more than just a career kickstart. It’s an opportunity for young professionals to grow, innovate, and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and supportive environment.
